Full Professor of the Jean Monnet chair of European Law at Bocconi and member of the WTO
Previous professor of International Law in a variety of Italian universities, including Bocconi University in Milan, Sacerdoti has been an International fellow of the Aspen Institute since 1985 and has been a visiting professor at the Institut des Hautes Etudes Internationales of the University of Paris and in other foreign universities.
Sacerdoti was also a course holder at the Academy of International Law of the International Court of Justice at The Hague (1994), vice-president of the OECD Working Group on Bribery in International Business Transactions (1989-2001), and a member of the WTO Appellate Body
